Return & Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy for Items Purchased:
Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged at our Head Office or by contacting customer service to return via courier.
Du Jour allows exchanges under the following conditions:
- Request must be made via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp within 7 working days of receiving the item.
- The reason for exchange must be clearly communicated.
- The item must be in original packaging with the price tag intact.
- All originally dispatched contents must be returned.
- The original invoice must accompany the item.
- The item must be unused and free from odors, stains, or any signs of wear/wash.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- The replacement item must be of equal or lesser value.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. If an item purchased at regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the sale price.
Du Jour reserves the right to accept or deny any exchange request. If accepted, our customer service will notify you.
Damage & Claims:
Damaged items will be exchanged if they have manufacturing defects, wrong size, or incorrect item shipment.
The complaint must be raised within 2 working days along with a paper invoice (via call, message, or email).
Please allow up to 7 days for processing.
Refund Policy:
No refunds are processed for Cash on Delivery orders. For credit card payments, refunds are issued via Cross Cheque only if:
- We are unable to fulfill the order completely.
- For partial dispatches, the balance will be refunded the same way.
